Mark Yates at Yieldfield Meats Mark has a passion for his livestock of Hereford Beef unsurpassed in the industry. His family farm and Abattoir in Walsall, West Midlands, is a fine example in the welfare of animals, resulting in a stress free environment. All our beef is selected by Mark himself for the Burlton and is dry aged for a minimum of 21 days. We buy on the bone and resume this process on site until the beef is mouth-wateringly tender.
